Lawn Technician

$18-$25/hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability

Professional mowing, edging, trimming blowing, and property cleanup experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
Crew lead advancement opportunities available for experience technicians who demonstrate reliability leadership, and the ability to independently manage a route.

Landscaping Technician

$25-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability

Perform professional landscape, maintenance and installation work, including flower bed, cleanups, trimming and pruning mulch/pine straw, so hard, skipping and landscaping improvements.
Experience candidates may have opportunities to advance into leadership positions as our Lanscape division grows.

What Happens After You Apply?

Application Review - We’ll review your application, experience, and qualifications.
Short Video or Voice Response - Selected applicants will be asked to submit a simple 2-4 minute video or voice recording answering five questions. No professional recording is needed. Responses may be submitted in English or Spanish.
Interview - Qualified candidates will be invited to meet with our team.
Field Evaluation - Final candidates may complete a hands-on-field evaluation before an employment offer is made.
