What's included with every visit: 

• Professional mowing using 1/3 rule to prevent turf stress 
• Daily - sharpened blades for a clean, even cut 
• Precision edging along driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and defined edges 
• Trimming (weed-eating) around fences, beds, trees, and obstacles
• Thorough blowing of all hard surfaces, including:

             - Sidewalks & cracks 

             - Driveways

             - Patios

             - Window sills 

             - AC units 

Important to know:

We don't perform the exact same task every visit. We perform the tasks your property needs at that time, based on growth conditions and the season

Weekly Service (Recommended):

• for the cleanest and most consistent appearance 

Bi-weekly service:

• is available, though growth may vary during peak seasons
